Our aim is to showcase the fantastic variety of Independent, Trusted Wedding Suppliers and Venues based in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.
We are a Community Interest Company. We don’t profit from these events. Our mission is to provide a fun, informative and friendly atmosphere to couples embarking on their wedding journey and to showcase all the wonderful Cotswold suppliers in this area.

Parking:
On entry to the site, follow the directions for the Wedding Fair and there will be ample parking on site. Once you leave your vehicle, there will be signage to direct you to the entrance of the event to ensure you don’t miss anything.
Registration:
All those registered will receive a glass of Pimms on registration. UE Coffee shop will also be open should you need some caffeine or something to eat. Why not sit and enjoy the music during your coffee!

Toilets will be signposted
Dogs:
Regrettably, we are unable to allow dogs at this event.
Photographs:
There will be roaming photographers and videographers at this event for marketing purposes. Should you not wish to be captured, please make yourself identifiable to a member of the Cotswold WedFest team who will supply you with a red ‘X’ to wear to ensure you are not captured in any footage.
