Minster Wedfest 29.03.26

To showcase the fantastic array of Independent, Cotswold Wedding Suppliers and venues to newly engaged couples.

This is a showcase and not a sales pitch – we want Cotswold WedFest to be as fun and informative as possible.

Format:
Visitors will have the opportunity to meet and speak with suppliers, enjoy samples where appropriate, and discover what is onoffer and available to them.

Registration:
All couples / individuals who registered will receive a welcome drink and entry to win completion prizes. All attendees receive a goody bag consisting of all attending supplier leaflets, and those who have paid for flyer space.

Accessibility:
Please bear this in mind when attending and if you need assistance we will be happy to help.

Parking:
There is a carpark on site and please visit the venues website or contact them directly if you need directions or any further assistance:

Emergencies / Concerns / Issues:
The Cotwold WedFest team will be on site from 9am on Saturday until 5pm. They will also be preparing their stall for the event. We hope that you won’t need us for an emergency but please ask for the following people:

Press:
We have requested press coverage and we will also be recording and photographing on the day. Please let us know if you do not want to be photographed or recorded.

This is an event created solely out of the desire to create something different, and to create a fantastic and supportive network. We want to showcase the amazing array of Cotswold wedding suppliers whilst not being limited to specific venues requests or needs. This cannot happen without YOU. If you have recommendations or comments please tell us, if you are unhappy, tell us.
